Teams
Teams allow you to share trackers and alerts with colleagues. All members of a team share the same pool of trackers.
Roles
| Role | Create/edit trackers | View alerts | Manage team & billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Admin | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Manager | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ |
| Reader | ❌ | ✅ | ❌ |
- Admins have full access, including billing and plan management.
- Managers can create, update, and delete trackers, and view all alerts.
- Readers can view alerts but cannot create or modify trackers.
Inviting Members
Admins can invite team members from the Organization page. An invitation email is sent to the invitee. Once they register or log in, they automatically join the team with the role assigned by the admin.
Notification Independence
Each team member can configure their own notification settings (email address, Slack webhook, API webhook) independently, even though all members receive alerts for the same shared set of trackers.
Plan Limits
Teams are available on Business and Enterprise plans. Tracker limits (number of LinkedIn and X (Twitter) trackers) are shared across the entire team.
